Good day , They took my complaint about 1RED . So with there feedback I changed the rating ! .

I have made a total of 9 bets. My deposit was 500 USDC and I submitted a 536 USDC withdrawal after they practically decreased the offered maxbets to neglectable amount. I saw other users also expressing a similar dissatisfaction - it is exactly the same that has happened to me.They state their "providers" (wtf?) are reviewing my betting activity (wow, what an activity, 9 bets) and cannot process my transaction until they are done with their "research". I've written them at least 10-15 times and every time I get the same answer - they are on my side but the bad "providers" are still reviewing. I am filing a complaint with AskGamblers but all you guys who reviews bookies before trying - just skip this one.

I've had some really fun Hearts games with good-natured, polite players from throughout the world. I've also never spent a penny and don't plan to. I know the "real" object of the game is data-access and profit, but the entertainment makes it seem worthwhile.

So basically. I played with the free chip that they give you as a new comer. And I went through all of it and still had to left over a $50.I added dodge coin just $10 and when I tried to pull out my earnings. They told me that they would not put any of my dodge dogecoin on my account until i went through the money that was on there already. But they still took the money from my bank. So so I decided to go through the money that I had on there from the free chip. And I was able to get the $10 in Dogecoin on to my account.My account was verified already. And I had around fifty one dollars and i saw that you can only make withdrawals if light coin bit coin. Or ethereum.... I gave them my light coin address in. They told me that it was not valid. I ended up just going through the money from being impatient and when I tried contacting support and asked them how come I wasn't able to get my earnings? They said my account was below 50 so.I couldn't withdraw at that time. But I was not asking for it at that time. I had expressed that it was when I did have over fifty but they would not answer me.I really like their games that they have on there. And I wanna put in more money into the account. I'm just scared that if I do, they're gonna give me another excuse. As to why it is that I can't withdraw my earnings.My account information is username:miegame in my name is Rebecca
