I have been playing with this casino for well over a year, I've won some and lost some, but payout has never been an issue. Always fast and easy, until today. After meeting the playthrough and requesting a withdrawal I get a reply saying declined, because I didn't remove 5.86 cents when i requested my payout. No problem. I go back in and remove it and process it again. This time they tell me declined for Over betting. I have NEVER gotten that before and have been playing as I always have when I received my payouts (Mostly $500) 10x max cashout. But not this time!When I reached out to support. they were not help. but I got an email saying. they will be crediting my original deposit back to my account and Good Luck... I want my 500 dollar winnings added back to my account and my withdrawal processed. This is ridiculous and something I have never experienced before. Not sure who's working there today, but someone needs to fix this.UPDATE 8/13Very impressed with the thorough review of my account and the context provided and the decision made as a one time curtesy. While not the full amount, I understand the rationale and decision and appreciate them making it right. This is experience I have been accustomed to and it has restored my positive opinion of them.

Casino accepted my deposit of $42, after winning $600 the casino immediately closed my account and voided winnings. All this happen when being a verified user and made deposit previously. Not recommended . I can't log back in as you also blocked my access when indeed my account details are correct and verified
