I have been playing on Stackr for a little while ..I went to redeem with the option to have it instantly sent to my debit card. .. noticed it was pending for good Amount of time ..few hours later they sent an email stating my account was closed and said its cuz I was using vpn.. I wasn’t. I went back and forth by email with no luck. I reached out on FB messenger and low and behold a manager named Conner responded, apologized and fixed my account and sent my redemption..
