Not sure what the negative reviews are for, I’ve deposited a total of £300 and withdrew £2.5k. They never even asked me for the usual proof of payment/income/identity when you get a decent win. My only complaint is the maximum daily withdrawal is £500 for new players, so keep this mind if you can’t hold funds in your account without playing! Also no fractional odds format on the sportsbook 👎🏼

You explained that my emails some how went to spam but only twice did I get a response. As I promised and since you contacted me, which was all I wanted, and in the end resolved this matter I have changed my 1 star status to 4 stars. Because of you and how you handled this complaint is the reason my review has changed. Just a heads-up on other complaints I have seen that yes if you are a player from the USA you will have to use a VPN and change your location to Germany and that will allow you more games to play, not all but quite a few more than none at all.
