Very very frustrated .... I have never had a site that has not been able to verify me and then shut down my account with the money I did just win when I did nothing wrong!!! What a shame and disappointment... I didn't not violate any of these terms there sole decisions on shutting me about down was I did not pass internal check point after staggljng me along talking to support and emailing them which is what they told me to do so I could get verified just to shut my account down and tell me I can't withdrawal my money after playing hours through a play through of 1500 dollars.... I wouldn't play here they obviously don't want to pay by the way they dealt with me

I have been playing on Stackr for a little while ..I went to redeem with the option to have it instantly sent to my debit card. .. noticed it was pending for good Amount of time ..few hours later they sent an email stating my account was closed and said its cuz I was using vpn.. I wasn’t. I went back and forth by email with no luck. I reached out on FB messenger and low and behold a manager named Conner responded, apologized and fixed my account and sent my redemption.. I was beside myself almost crying because I thought I was out of the SC I won. They are by far the best as far as games , redeems and the actual support from them
